General
By requesting a quote, placing an order or engaging Mono Unique for products or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Quotes
All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Product pricing and availability may change due to supplier pricing, stock availability or other factors outside our control.
Artwork and Branding Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving artwork, mock-ups and proofs before production begins.
Approval of artwork confirms acceptance of design, spelling, colours, sizing and placement.
Mono Unique is not responsible for errors that were present in approved artwork.
Artwork Files
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use any logos, artwork or intellectual property supplied for production.
By supplying artwork, you warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use that material.
Product Variations
Colours displayed on screens, mock-ups and catalogues may vary from actual products.
Minor variations in colour, garment sizing, embroidery appearance, print placement and manufacturing specifications may occur between production runs and suppliers.
Production and Lead Times
Estimated lead times are provided as a guide only.
While every effort is made to meet agreed delivery dates, Mono Unique is not liable for delays caused by suppliers, freight providers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Returns and Refunds
As most products supplied by Mono Unique are custom branded or produced specifically for each order, returns or refunds are generally not available for change of mind, incorrect sizing selections or approved artwork errors.
If a product is supplied incorrectly, damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and work towards an appropriate resolution.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.
Customer-Supplied Goods
Where customer-supplied garments or products are accepted for branding, Mono Unique is not responsible for defects, damage or replacement costs arising from issues with the supplied items.
Ownership of Goods
Goods remain the property of Mono Unique until full payment has been received.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Mono Unique’s liability is limited to the replacement, repair or refund of products supplied by us.
